- Review of medical tests, records and history.
- Consultations on pros and cons, alternative options, potential adverse side effects, and expected response to treatment.
- Plan of care stating the goals of therapy.
- Monitoring response to treatment.
- Communication with the patient’s primary care physician (only if authorizedby patient).
Due to Covid, we have evolved into a 100% Telemedicine Clinic. This enables us to serve ALL Michigan residents in the safety and comfort of the place they choose to consult.
